Good sleep changes everything.

Science-based sleep support for parents who want calmer nights, without compromising the parent they want to be.

Good nights start with understanding.

Most parents don't need more advice or a stricter routine. They need to understand how their child's sleep actually works: the biology, the cues, the rhythms. Once you do, you start feeling confident and can show up the way you want to, for your baby and for yourself. That's exactly what we'll work on together.

Hi, I’m Macarena.

Two years ago I became mom to little Sienna.

Motherhood changed many things, but not my career ambition. Which meant from day one, sleep wasn't optional. It was essential to show up as my best self, for her and for my career.

I was living abroad, without family nearby, no one to call at 2am or take over the next morning after a hard night. So I did what I always do when I need to solve something: I went deep into understanding.

During my pregnancy I immersed myself in the science of infant sleep, learning how to support my baby's biological needs with both knowledge and intuition. When my daughter arrived, as with any newborn, many nights were hard. But understanding why things were happening meant I knew what to do next, responding to her cues, building a strong sleep foundation, and trusting the process.

She wasn't a perfect sleeper, but those foundations made our nights calm and manageable, and helped her settle into long stretches early on. When friends began asking what our secret was, I realized how much peace comes from truly understanding how sleep works.

That realization turned into a professional passion, and eventually a certification. Now I'm here to share that knowledge with you, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

My Approach

Sleep is not one-size-fits-all. Every child is different, and so is every family. That's why my approach is built around a deep understanding of your child's biology, your parenting values, and what feels right for your family.

Everything I do is guided by one goal: making sure you truly understand why things work, not just what to do. Because that understanding is what builds real, lasting confidence, so that when things shift, as they always do, you know how to respond without second-guessing yourself.

Sleep is deeply emotional, and navigating change when you're already exhausted can feel overwhelming. You don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to make sure you feel supported, informed, and confident at every step of the way. Because rest is what makes everything else possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • “Sleep training" means different things to different people, and for many parents, it brings up images of rigid routines and leaving babies to cry alone. That's not what I do.

What I offer is sleep education and personalised guidance. We work with your child's natural rhythms, your parenting instincts, and the science of infant sleep to build habits that feel sustainable and right for your family.

There's no single method, no one-size-fits-all approach, and nothing that asks you to go against your instincts.

  • Gentle and responsive is at the heart of everything I do. I don't believe in leaving babies to cry alone, and nothing in my approach will ever ask you to do something that feels wrong. That said, I believe in being honest with you: when children are adjusting to new sleep habits, some fussing is natural. It's their way of communicating, not a sign that something is wrong. Throughout the process your child is always supported and responded to, and so are you.

  • Books and online advice can be incredibly useful. The difference is that generic advice doesn't know your child, your schedule, your parenting style, or what's actually happening in your home at 3am.

What I offer is the translation layer. We take the science and apply it specifically to your situation, building something that actually fits your life, not a hypothetical baby. And when things don't go to plan, I'm there to help you adjust in real time, not leave you searching for answers alone.

  • No, and this is one of the most common misconceptions about sleep support. A predictable rhythm helps your child's biology, but that's very different from a rigid minute-by-minute schedule that runs your day.

What we build together is a flexible framework, one that works with your child's natural cues and fits around your life. Structure without rigidity. Predictability without pressure.

  • Every child is different, and progress depends on your child's temperament, age, and the pace that feels right for your family.

That said, most parents begin to notice improvements within the first few days, and more lasting change typically settles in over two weeks as new habits take hold.

What I can promise is that you'll feel more confident from the very beginning. Because once you understand what's happening and why, even the harder nights feel more manageable.

  • It starts with a free discovery call, a chance for us to talk through where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether we're a good fit. No commitment, no pressure.

If you decide to move forward, I'll send you a detailed intake questionnaire so I can fully understand your child's sleep before we do anything else. From there, I build your personalised plan and we get to work together on executing it.

  • Every family is different, and sometimes the journey needs a little more time. If you feel you need continued support after your program ends, we can always discuss what that looks like; there's no one-size-fits-all answer here either.

What I can tell you is that most families finish feeling genuinely confident and equipped to handle what comes next. That's always the goal, not to create dependency, but to make sure you no longer need me.
